Fancy
Again, a bouquet of tulips I saw at a friend's home. I took a photo and then interpreted in the modernistic style I am trying for. The surface is heavily textured from a previous day's unused paints.

Still Life with Tulips and Oranges
This painting has lots of texture and color. It comes from both a photographic reference and
from my imagination. It has been finished with a satin, acrylic varnish.
As always, thanks for looking!

Tulips on a Red Table
This imaginative floral is an experimentation. I wanted to see if I like going in this direction, i.e., a more stylized rendition of tulips in a vase. I'd love to hear what your thoughts are.
The painting is varnished for additional enhancement and protection.

Tulips and Field
It has been several days since I have posted on my blog and I apologize. Its this time of year and something had to give but I had painted a bit ahead.
The landscape just kind of happened as I painted the still life. This acrylic is 8x8 inches, painted on canvas board. The price is $40.00 plus $10.00 shipping and handling. It is varnished.

Tulips against Yellow
I am working on having my paintings more abstract with looser brush strokes. It is all part of how I have wanted to develop and change. I've not painted with acrylic for many years and am having to learn which techniques work best for me. I'm finding it hard to shift gears so if anyone has suggestions, I'd appreciate your sharing.
This painting has been varnished, matted and is ready for framing in an 10 x 8 inch frame.

A Pink Cup
Besides working in pastels, I decided to work in a different media and chose acrylics.
This is one of my recent experiments. This 6 inch x 9 inch is matted and ready for
framing in a 9 x 12 frame. The price is $40 plus S & H.
