Only Three Slices

Finally made it back; please excuse my absence as I took some time off due to having quests, travel and care giving.  But I hope to be back in the studio this week doing what I am meant to do-paint.

A Two Toned Vase

An interpretative rendition of a still life set-up.  It's always good to be in the studio.  Thanks for looking.

This painting has been finished with an acrylic satin varnish.

Apple

There wasn't much time for me to paint today, so I grabbed a 4x4 black, gessoed canvas panel I had and painted this as an experiment.  I may or may not, continue to use panels that are prepared with black gesso but I may use up what I have in my supplies.

Also, I made some changes to a painting that I have already posted, White Pedestal Table.

Thanks for looking.

Green Apples and Peaches

Hi everyone; it was so good to be back in the studio today.  I feel that this painting is a bit closer to the goal of both distorting and flattening the objects.  This acrylic is 8x8 inches and is on professional grade canvas panel.  It is varnished for further enhancement and protection.

Tulips and Field

It has been several days since I have posted on my blog and I apologize.  Its this time of year and something had to give but I had painted a bit ahead.

The landscape just kind of happened as I painted the still life. This acrylic is 8x8 inches, painted on canvas board.  The price is $40.00 plus $10.00 shipping and handling.  It is varnished.
