This is the first cyclemen I have ever had and it was fascinating to watch the buds bloom. They go from being pointed downward and over a day's time or so move upward and open. I am following the directions I found on the internet about how to maintain it while it is dormant and I hope it will awaken for me in the late winter.
This painting went through many changes as I worked on it, off and on, since February. It is one of the larger pieces I have started and have been working on instead of the smaller daily paintings. Also, I have not been as able to find as much time to get into the studio as I'd like. Thank you for your patience. And for looking.

Still Life with Plums & Cherries
This acrylic on hardboard was done using the same set up as in a previous painting. I had moved the bowl and plums aside and saw another still life. The cherries also are making a second appearance.
